“An amazing Extra Virgin Olive oil unique to its territory that will delight your taste buds and your dishes.”
Convivium extra virgin olive oil is a blend of 4 distinct cultivars: Dolce Agogia, Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio. This mix, unique to Umbria, offers a fruitiness with vegetal aromas along with notes of ripe olives and fresh tomatoes. It has a nice bitterness and a mild spiciness that testifies to its freshness. A perfect balance between fruitiness, bitterness, and spiciness, which concludes with a hint of almond on the palate.
This innovative Bag-in-Tube® technology protects the product from oxygen permeability, ensuring a longer life and perfect quality.
